So I just rewatched INLAND EMPIRE via netflix streaming, and one of the key phrases I noted in my lj entry after watching it in the theater the first time -- "you can lead a horse to the well but you can't make it drink" -- was nowhere to be found. In between watching and rewatching the IM2 footage like a crazy obsessive, I think I've finally finished the cheeseburger story! It ended up longer than I expected, which. Is not a surprise. dafnap held my hand and cheered me on. In between that, we decided there should be FIVE TIMES TONY BUMMED A SMOKE OFF THE TEN RINGS. This needs to be written.
